Is there a wireshark plugin available, to analyze DVB-IP compliance of UDP multicast streams?

I want to know if there is a wireshark plugin (or ffmpeg) plugin available to analyze a UDP transmitted DVB-IP conforming stream?

Background:

I'm developing a streamer application, and experience continuity count and pcr errors at the receiver's site. I want to find out, if whole IP packets of that stream where dropped at the client site, or packets were already ben missing from the streaming server.
