Two packets compare - help please

Hello, Here are two packet s- from the same network, same router - both try to reach hp.com this one - from a machine that works and loads up the page:

and the other one - that say "cannnot display the page:

I see that in the ok packet - that there is no TSLV1 ... and in the bad one -there is. tried to disable the TSL 1.2 in the "internet settings, advanced" and did work.

looking for help.

you right... but I understand new things about the problem so I think I better share it instead of ask for help on an issue that is not so relevant.

There is not more information in the new capture files than in those you posted in the other questions!
