NGAP handover request message malformed

I am using NGAP protocol version 15.2.0 and Wireshark Version 3.1.0rc0-999-g40ebc9be6a49 (v3.1.0rc0-999-g40ebc9be6a49). After the IE id-SecurityContext the remaining message is shown as malformed. Does anyone have an idea, why?
