How Do I Filter display duplicate IP?

I'm looking for a filter which allows me to eliminate the duplicated IPs. And I'm already filtering one IP from my capture but I just one to see my source Unique IPs

There is no such filter, display or capture.

Filters are a binary question for each individual packet, shall I capture\display it or not, there is no way to compare with another packet.

You can look at the Statistics -> Endpoints dialog to see a list of IP's in a capture.
