RTP Streams show very strange results - Packets vs Packets lost not adding up, Max Jitter of 33554451.441

I am a first time poster looking for a bit of assistance with some strange results when attempting to view RTP streams in wireshark while troubleshooting some minor VOIP issues.
I wish I could post an image but I require a certain number of points apparently.
When I view my RTP streams, some look normal, however some come up with bizarre results that make no sense to me. For example:
Packets: 731 / Packets Lost: 64858 / Max Jitter 33554451.441
We are having some minor sound quality issues but when we run the RTP Streams monitor in wireshark most RTP streams look like you would expect, but we see tons of what looks like junk, highlighted in yellow. Is Wireshark doing something strange or is this indicitive of some crazy network issues we don't know about?

Trying to diagnose network issues via a screenshot of a few packet summaries and the details of one packet is very frustrating. Ideally you would provide the capture files, by uploading to a public file sharing site, e.g. Google Drive, DropBox etc. and post a link back here as a comment.
If you can't share the files, then a screenshot will have to do, again post it on a public file share and link to it in the question.

If you have packets out of order or duplicated packets it's possible the calculation get starnge results.
