new and need help

I am new to Wireshark. I know I am having issues but I am finding it hard to understand all the data. I believe I am having lost packets but any help would be great.

Welcome. FYI: a screenshot is totally useless to analyse any details of a capture. Try sharing the capture file through any file sharing service and edit the question to add the link.
