Wireshark is a passive tool that will provide information about packets on your network. You will need to figure out the requirements, as "analyse the ethernet connection" is too vague. It's possible that they mean "Does the ethernet connection have too many CRC errors?", which is something Wireshark can detect. We will be able to help you when your question is more like "How can I detect X network problem with Wireshark?"

So you're telling me that Wireshark is app only for errors? I don't understand much about this, but what i need is this: I need something to do a analyse to the network of the company such as errors, improvements, and how to get a better perfomance of it

I would read the documentation on what Wireshark does so you can evaluate whether you can use it for your needs. Note that one of the mentioned intended uses is to learn network protocols.

Then it's unlikely that Wireshark is the tool for you. There is no "Network errors report" functionality, nor any functionality that tells users how to improve networks.

Wireshark can display information that was recorded at the time and point of capture in the network. It's up to the user to analyse that information, using their skills gained from packet analysis, to determine if there is a problem and what might be causing it.

Then do you recommend me any tool/app for what i need?
