Wireshark Ring Buffer settings page tab sequence

I'm running Wireshark 3.0.0 for windows

In Wireshark, if I goto the Ring Buffer settings page and press the tab button to cycle through the on-screen options. the tab sequence doesn't follow an expected path. Typically applications cycle through fields from left to right, top to bottom.

Instead, Wireshark jumps around in a haphazard pattern. Is this normal or is there something I should be doing differently?
