Problem with I/O graphs

What ever happened to the advance options for I/O graphs? All I can get from the Y access is scientific notation, without any way to change it. Also, the ability to use a 2nd Y axis is missing.

I read a note that indicated double clicking on the Y axis would display the missing options, but that did not work.

Where are the missing options?
