Hello we have recently received windows 10 on our corporate laptops afterwards if we want to open pcap files ia this very slow how can this be faster

Which Wireshark version? please edit your question with the info from Help -> About Wireshark -> Wireshark dialog which can be highlighted and copied and pasted.

Also how slow is slow? What is the size of the pcap files?
