Hi guys, I know what what's binary and hexa and whatever .. but I'm new on wireshark, can anyone tell me please how to read the data from the last box in the picture below? it's about 00 11 22 00 ...etc , how should I read them? what they imply about? how should I relate to them? How can I find the offset of the packet from the last box? thanks in advance.

I didn't understand how we determine the offset? what does actually offset mean? isn't it meaning the beginning of something? why in the example it's offset 19?! weird.
