WS 2102 ---> Wireshark 2.6.2 / WinPcap 4.1.3 |||||| Remote Win 7 Pro ----> WinPcap 4.1.3

AV and software firewall products on Windows have often been the cause of such issues in the past. Do you have anything like that installed on the remote Win 7 machine?

Have you tried running Wireshark and capturing on the remote machine itself, just to rule out the remote link?

I found the problem with this case.

In the machine it was desinstalled a NetScaler of Citrix and it started working the captures in both senses.

Thanks you for the support.
