Citrix XenApp 7.x XML Services Errors - Resolved after Installing Wireshark
I'm not sure why or how, but after installing and running a wireshark trace on my my Citrix XenApp 7.15.3000 Delivery Controllers, the StoreFront servers are working. Before, we were getting XML errors that the frontend web servers could not contact the Delivery Controller XML services which enumerate application for users.
Could someone help me understand what wireshark might be doing?
These are the Event App Log errors on the storefront server before wireshark is installed on the XenApp delivery controllers, The website displays a blank page with "There are no apps or desktops available to you at this time".

OK, so I assume this is the way Delivery Controllers and StoreFront servers are connected.
I also assume from the "s" at the end of "Delivery Controller" that you have more than one of them.
If so, did you install Wireshark on all of the delivery controllers?
Basically I have two frontend web servers (StoreFront servers) that communicate and enumerate Citrix Apps from two Delivery Controller servers (as explained in the link you provided). However for testing purposes I have narrowed down the connection from one web server to one specific delivery controller - but the results are the same between any combination of web server and delivery controller config/scenario. Oh and by the way, the NetScaler does not come into play with the current testing configuration and the results are the same if I use the base URL that is load balanced for the frontend web servers.
