MATE copy one AVP value to the other one

Hello, guys.

Is it possible to copy value of one AVP to the another one?

I want to make simple statement: if AVP named "XXX" exist, create AVP named "YYY" with value from AVP "XXX" otherwise create AVP named "YYY" with value from AVP "ZZZ"
