Unknown RTP version 3 in skype data streams

Hi, I'm trying to analyze the skype ver 8.33 data stream. I decoded the UDP stream to RTP then I found the data from source to destination is having "Unknown RTP Version 3", where the data from destination to source is good/readable. I only found this issue in skype. In WhatsApp there were no issue. Please advise.

What "Unknown RTP Version 3" is? and How can it occurred in the Skype data stream?
