I first downloaded Wireshark I think around 2016 and, after opening Wireshark, I could capture packets by hitting whatever interfaces were available. I'm starting to use Wireshark again after a while and when I open it, the only interface available is the USBPcap1 interface. I want to use the Wifi interface but it's not showing. How can I fix this?

Your question is rather confusing. Instead of "filter", do you mean "interface"?

Yes sorry about that I meant interface.

Is this on Windows (as "USBPcap1" suggests it is)?

Can you start Wireshark, open the Help -> About Wireshark dialog and cut and paste the contents of the "Wireshark" tab here?

From your info we can see you have WinPcap installed, it's possible that the driver isn't running, can you try this from an elevated (admin) cmd prompt to first check the state of the driver and then start it:

sc qc npf
sc start npf

please post the output from the above commands.
