Hi all,

Internet at our community centre was getting slower and slower throughout the year.

Process of elimination has isolated our new IP Camera's as the cause.

I've solved the problem by blocking the camera's from outgoing traffic in our routers firewall.

Questions for why high volumes of data are being uploaded from the camera's and where its going to, have gone unanswered from the Chinese manufactures.

Is it possible to use wireshark to capture traffic from the IP Camera's on our network and see what its transmitting ?

Thanks.

if the data is encrypted, no. you find some clues from the ip addresses.

i wrote an article about this type of this http://www.lovemytool.com/blog/2017/1...

see if it helps
