Is this a Webstresser or a DDoS attack?

If you seen my other posts I'm quite irritated about all this. They've finally gone and hit me, and have been repeatedly hitting me all day long non-stop it seems like. Steaming videos stays blurry and fuzzy, sometimes cuts out, a few service outages for 60 seconds or so and it's irritating. So I'm asking you, is this the culprit ddosing or just a damn webstresser? Me Being Flooded Picture LIVE UPDATE: Just backtracked the IP back to a website for a company, getting in touch with them now.
