Installation hangs on Windows 10
I am on a windows 10 computer and I just installed Wireshark. Although I am stuck at the Execute: "C:\Program Files\Wireshark\vcredist_x64.exe" /install /quiet /norestart. It wont go any further and im considering restarting my computer if need be. Wireshark extracted, what it seems to be, every file up to the problem.
There have been many reported issues elsewhere with installing the MS VC redistributables, not just for Wireshark, and just as many "answers" to the issue. Which version of Wireshark are you attempting to install?
