Wireshark will not initialize the first time I open it after a reboot, but if I then kill the app, I can open it everytime until i reboot my PC

What is your OS and Wireshark version?

OS = Win7 Enterprise SP1 and Wireshark version 2.4.2

What capture driver are you using?

Have you installed USBPcap when installing Wireshark? There used to be an issue on some machines where the initial query to USBPcap hangs on too many USB devices in the system. As it runs in a separate process, killing Wireshark doesn't kill that process, and the next starts of Wireshark thus skip USB hub discovery and start successfully. There is a bug open on this but there haven't been any news on it for months.
