The ietf draft (BGP Next-next Hop Nodes) has expired. Do you have more information on the proposal?
Can you provide a sample capture with these new attributes?

Ok. Those are expired drafts but maybe good enough to extend the dissector to handle them.
Please open an enhancement request in the Wireshark work items on Gitlab.
