Although baseline latency (~400–450ms) is expected due to distance, the issues occur inconsistently even when network tests (e.g., traceroute, ping) appear stable. I want to identify what to specifically look for in Wireshark captures—such as packet loss, retransmissions, jitter, or protocol-specific anomalies (e.g., TCP windowing, UDP drops)—to determine whether the root cause lies in network instability, ISP routing, or the VDI protocol behavior itself.
