Define type of traffic

Hello! Is there any way to decode TCP traffic which is sent through non-standart port? I know an option "decode as", but it won't work as I even don't understand what type of traffic it is. Maybe someone can advice me an utility to resolve my problem?

What protocol is running on top of TCP that you want to use "Decode As" on?
