Wireshark won't launch

Re-installed Wireshark a number of times, would not launch. Eventually worked out it was the user settings in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Wireshark causing the problem. Can you ensure installation checks or fixes this folder to prevent the same happening again.
