Help troubleshooting Wireshark portable crashing on opening [closed]

I have Wireshark portable 64 bit version 4.4.5 on Windows Server 2012 R2 When I try to open wiresharkportble64.exe, after a few seconds I see "Wireshark has stopped working" with the following problem details:

Can someone assist with how I go about troubleshooting this? I have tried the basic restarts and uninstall/reinstall with no change. The same version is working on another server 2019 without issues.
