Can Wireshark be configured to handle 200 Gb/s throughput?

I am attempting to create an affordable packet analyzer that can take in two 100 Gb/s streams, record the packets, save the data to NVMe drives, and replay the saved packets. I know that Wireshark does not have the ability to replay packet streams but there is other open source software that I can use to handle that. Can Wireshark being configured to be handle a throughput that high?
