I search in the web but i can't find pldm pcap that can be open in the wireshrak i tried to generate a pldm packet but still wireshark not parsing it

This was the only file provided when the dissector was added.
The protocol doesn't seem to add anything to the "Info" column other than errors if they occur.

The capture includes this:

So a "created" not "captured in the wild" capture file.
