Why NPCAP needs to be installed each boot [closed]

Hello I use Wireshark 3.2.18 as earlier versions doesn't work with Windows Seven (My OS). Each time I run wireshark wifi network is not visible if i don't reinstall NPCAP 1.72 before to run Wireshark ! Is there any known reason ? Thanks
