Hi,

Looking at some new laptops with a Snapdragon CPU, is ARM64 installer a native Wireshark app for systems with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite or Plus?

Has anyone switched from a MAC os to Windows on ARM? Would like to hear your feedback and if you have any regrets? Specifically would like to know how Wireshark handles large (over 3GB) captures on ARM.

Thank you

What operating systems are running on the machines in question? Linux, Windows, or some other operating system?

The installer installs a native ARM64 Wireshark app for Windows. If that doesn't work on ARM64 Windows systems with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite or Plus, that's either a failure on Qualcomm's part, a failure on the part of the builders of those laptops, or a failure on the part of Microsoft.

Specifically would like to know how Wireshark handles large (over 3GB) captures on ARM.

That's dependent on the system, not on ARM vs. x86.
