wireshark isnt capturing packets

when i install wireshark in my mac, the packet isnt captured and it says capture.pcapng not found. please provide me a solution

Please copy (using the copy to clipboard button) the contents of the Wireshark -> Help -> About Wireshark dialog and add them to your question by editing it.
