Hello, it would be helpful if i could get some guidance on why this issue coming.

Couldn't load plugin 'btle_ex.dll': 'C:\Program Files\Wireshark\plugins\4.2\epan\btle_ex.dll': The specified module could not be found.

Couldn't load plugin 'fsd802_15_4.dll': 'C:\Program Files\Wireshark\plugins\4.2\epan\fsd802_15_4.dll': The specified procedure could not be found.

Those DLLs are not part of the standard Wireshark installation so you'll have to go back to the originator of them and ask there.

I suspect those plugins are either of the wrong bitness, i.e. x86 instead of x64 or they were created for a different version of Wireshark.
