How to capture packets 7*24 on Windows by wireshark? When the size is equal to 200 MB, the file is saved locally.

You can start with the dumpcap man page and look at the -b|--ring-buffer <capture ring buffer option> option(s).
Capture is not always simple so there may be more discussion about what you want to accomplish.
