Compatibility issues between wireshark and thinkpad X1 carbon

Thinkpad X1 carbon(2017) uses wired ethernet to connect directly with other computers, installs wireshark and turns it on(does not perform packet capture), and there is a problem that the peer computer cannot access the ThinkPad. After uninstalling wireshark, the problem disappears.

We're probably talking about an Operating System as well. Which is it? If it's Windows you may try installing npcap instead of WinPcap as capture engine.
