Could you please help me with any additional settings that be required to view these rtsp packets in wireshark?

In connection with an IP cam, I cannot see rtsp packets in wireshark? Although the rtsp protocol seems to be activated.

Can you try with the "Example traffic" capture on the Real-time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) wiki page.
