I believe someone has installed Wireshark and is monitoring my network, Is that possible?

Hey all, My apologies I am an infant in this area.... I am wondering if my network is being monitored with Wireshark, is that possible? They would have had access, can it be remotely monitored?

Is it possible? yes Is it likely? no. There are smaller tools tousel if you want to steal packets.
