WiresharkPortable64_4.2.3.paf.exe has all the functionality?

WiresharkPortable64_4.2.3.paf.exe this version has all the functionality as Wireshark-4.2.3-x64.exe?

Basically portable version does not need admin/elevated privileges to install. I want to make sure I am using Portable version and I am not missing any functionality.

It does not have the same functionality as the npcap installer isn't included so you won't be able to capture traffic. Opening existing capture files will work.
