How lua script to add "file path" dialog with browse button

Q1. can lua script to pop up "file path " dialog with Browse button, to let user to use browse butter to find specific folder or filename and input to lua script

Q2: can lua script to store user input into somewhere which can let lua script to use these input at following wireshark open cycles... i.e though close wireshark , these input can still be used by lua script when open wireshark next times.
