Unable to install Wireshark

I receive the same error every time. I have tried several versions x64 and x86 and all fail with the same error.

Execute: "C:\Program files\Wireshark\vc_redist.x64.exe" /Install /Quite / norestart In this folder above it is looking for an MSI and not an EXE.
