Server 2008 is out of support and any capture issues will be with the capture process, either npcap (current version only supports 2008 R2) or WinPcap which is also obsolete and unsupported.

Are you referring to the 2.048 Mbps and 1.544 Mbps when you mention the E1/T1 interface?

When you say "E1/T1 interface that attached to windows server 2008", are you referring to a hardware device that is connected to the I/O bus of the machine that's running Windows Server 2008 and into which an E1 or T1 line is plugged?

Or is there some other network device with the E1 or T1 line plugged into it and that's on an Ethernet that the machine running Windows Server 2008 is also on, with the other network device routing packets between the E1 or T1 line and the Ethernet?

Or does "attached to Windows Server 2008" mean something else?
