Using different router with NOW TV Broadband [closed]

I have been using an Archer VR400 router with BT broadband, with the wifi off, ethernet only.

Having switched to Now TV BB, they don't make this easy.

I understand that I need their BB username and password (not wifi un/pw).

Also possibly the LAN MAC code

Any help much appreciated

Not sure how this relates to wireshark. Seems you need to contact your ISP to get assistence.
