Is there a "lite" version of Wireshark that could be run by the click of a button from a PC such that an executive type person or non-technical person could use in order to send to a network engineer that is off site to analyze?

Wireshark is a analyzing tool, so an "one click non-technical action" does not make much sense.

If you want a one-click tool to perform a network capture, then the answer depends on the Operation System used and if the user has admin rights. Probably not the case for "an executive type person or non-technical person".

So yes you can create a script that performs a network capture, using dumpcap or tcpdump or netsh trace etc., but you need, for instance, a helpdesk operator to execute that remotely.
