How do i find the Security protocols of a AP in Wireshark?

Hello, im currently learning wires shark and im trying to understand how to find the following inside a beacon frame from an AP:

Security protocol being used
Authentication and key management mechanism
What encryption mechanism is being used?

First you have to capture 802.11 management traffic which is non-trivial, then the primary Information Element that contains security information is RSN.
