How do I determine wind direction and speed in a city ?

As part of a Capture the Flag challenge, I'd need some guidance to find out wind direction and speed in a city. I've used www.sydney.com to get a pcap file and I have used field names like "aprs.msg.spd" to find out speed but it doesn't produce any outputs.

Any suggestions on this would be welcome. Thanks
