Why wont wireshark work on my MacBook PRo?

When i try to add wireshark to my MacBook Pro it has a sign on it that shows it wont work and when i try to install it i get an error message. I have checked OS requirements and it shouldn't be an issue.

I, and others installed without issue, or at least solvable capture issues, so you have to come up with some more information about that MacBook.

In particular, what version of macOS is it running, and what is the exact text of the error message?
