HTTPS traffic is not showing up in the capture

I am trying to take a capture in Wireshark while generating https traffic to my device. But the traffic is not showing in the capture. At the same time if I a run a ping to the device, it is shown in the capture.

Please help to fix the issue!

Did you decrypt the traffic of interest?

See https://wiki.wireshark.org/TLS how to capture the pre-master secret using SSLKEYLOGFILE.
