Can we get Passphrase from the PSK value

No, the PSK comes from a secure hash of the SSID and the passphrase.
Wireshark won't provide the passphrase but there are tools that will attempt to brute force it. Look for tools like aircrack-ng, cowpatty, hashcat, etc.
