So I'm new to Wireshark I want to grab my own WIFI password. How would I go about doing that?

A WiFi password is not sent over the link in plain text, so recovery via packet capture is difficult, by design. If it was easy, it wouldn’t be secure.

For recovery methods via attack/auditing methods, try tools such as aircrack-ng.
