Troubleshoot ping

Hello,

I am trying to troubleshoot a Windows 10 machine that won't reply to a ping. I've gone through every how-to I can find to make it work, but it still won't, so I figured I'd get in to the weeds a bit and see what I could discover with Wireshark. The number of packets flying around is overwhelming to say the least. Any advice on what to drill down to for troubleshooting a ping request/reply?

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
