Where are the wireless settings in 4.0.1?

This may be a stupid question, but I cant find any of the wireless settings (link layer header type etc) mentioned in the setup guide- i.e. in capture options.

Is this the behavior you see:
18269: Capture buffer size cannot be changed before capturing
