My Internet network shows askey, and switches to Ibridge losing my work 59 year old college student can you help?

My network is showing as Askey, I am showing a iBridge number my Mac address is 38:f9:d3:da:d6:0d. Can you explain the bridge that takes the place of my secure internet my bandwidth is 20.
